All prices are based on two adults, two children and one auto per site.

Limit of two well-behaved pets per site, to be kept on a leash at all times. You must clean up
after your pets. Please do not leave your pets alone at the site at any time.

All rate are subject to Maine 7% lodging tax.

In season we rent cottages and condos weekly (Saturday to Saturday). Off-season we may rent for a minimum of 3 nights.

A security deposit is required on all cottages and condos.
- Cottages and condos are non-smoking. (Smoking outside is fine.)
- No pets allowed in cottages and condos.
