RV Sites Terms

• We are booking non-seasonal sites by the week only, Saturday to Saturday. Go here to check available dates.
• All prices are based on two adults, two children and one auto per site.
• All payments must be by cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
• All rate are subject to Maine 9% lodging tax.
• 50% deposit by check required
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Limit of two well-behaved pets per site, to be kept on a leash at all times. No aggressive dog breeds please. You must clean up after your pets. Please do not leave your pets alone at the site at any time.
• All Seasonal Site deposits are non-refundable.
• We fill up early so book ASAP!

Cottages

Cottage Terms

• We rent cottages weekly (Saturday to Saturday).
• A security deposit is required on all cottages.
• Cottages are non-smoking. (Smoking outside is fine.)
• No pets are allowed in cottages.
• All rate are subject to Maine 9% lodging tax.
• 50% deposit required
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We fill up early so book ASAP!

Check-in and Check-out Times

For campground guests: Check-in time is 1 PM to 5 PM except Saturday 1 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

For cottage guests: Check-in time is 3 PM to 5 PM except Saturday 3 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Cancellation Policy

All Seasonal Site deposits are non-refundable.

For Weekly RV Sites and Cottages:

On or before April 15 we require that you give 30-day notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund. After April 15, we require that you provide 60-day notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund. A handling fee of $20.00 will be deducted from all refunds.
