RV Sites Terms

We are booking non-seasonal sites by the week only, Saturday to Saturday.
All prices are based on two adults, two children and one auto per site.
All payments must be by cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
All rate are subject to Maine 9% lodging tax.
50% deposit by check required
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Limit of two well-behaved pets per site, to be kept on a leash at all times. No aggressive dog breeds please. You must clean up after your pets. Please do not leave your pets alone at the site at any time.
All Seasonal Site deposits are non-refundable.
We fill up early so book ASAP!

Cottages

Unit	Per Week May 15 - Columbus Day
Hillside Cottage (2 bedrooms + sleeper, 6 person capacity)	$1400
Club House Cottage (new 3-bedroom cottage with wraparound porch, no ocean view but a minute walk away, 6 person capacity)	$1350
Outer Heron Cottage (new 3-bedroom ocean-view cottage, 6 person capacity)	$1400

Cottage Terms

We rent cottages weekly (Saturday to Saturday).
A security deposit is required on all cottages.
Cottages are non-smoking. (Smoking outside is fine.)
No pets are allowed in cottages.
All rate are subject to Maine 9% lodging tax.
50% deposit required

We fill up early so book ASAP!

Check-in and Check-out Times

For campground guests: Check-in time is 1 PM to 5 PM except Saturday 1 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

For cottage guests: Check-in time is 3 PM to 5 PM except Saturday 3 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Cancellation Policy

All Seasonal Site deposits are non-refundable.

For RV Sites and Cottages:

On or before April 15 we require that you give 30-day notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund. After April 15, we require that you provide 60-day notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund. A handling fee of $20.00 will be deducted from all refunds.
